You may stay at the wellness home for as long as you wish, provided that you respect and follow its discipline, guidelines, and code of conduct.
The wellness home also offers flexibility in retreat participation. Depending on your interest, intention, and availability, you may choose to participate in 1-day, 2-day, or 5-day retreats.

At the wellness home, your basic needs are thoughtfully taken care of, allowing you to devote your time and attention to inner practice. The environment is designed to support silence, introspection, and the cultivation of sustained awareness, rather than allowing the mind to wander aimlessly.

Each day begins at 5:00 a.m. and follows a structured program of spiritual sadhanas, including Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, advanced breath-awareness practices, sacred fire rituals, Trataka meditation, and other contemplative practices.
You will be provided with three nourishing meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with an early-evening tea break. To support a disciplined routine, early rising, and deep rest, lights are to be turned off by 9:30 p.m.

The wellness home is for spiritually minded individuals who are drawn to meditation, contemplation, silence, and the practice of advanced spiritual sadhanas. It is also ideal for sincere sadhakas who aspire to establish and sustain a disciplined routine of spiritual practice.
